Jessica Phillips was born in Hutchinson, Kansas but quickly moved to Texas with her family and was raised in Irving, Texas. She attended Irving High School and then went on to Austin College. While at Austin College, Jessica studied business administration and was also a member of the Kangaroo varsity volleyball team. After graduation, Jessica moved to Fort Worth, Texas and attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law).
Since being licensed in 2013, Jessica has focused primarily on family law as well as estate planning and probate. Jessica’s family law experience includes divorce, child custody, child support, visitation and modifications. Jessica’s estate planning experience includes wills, powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, declaration of guardian, directives and probate. She has represented clients in a number of counties including Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Rockwall and Johnson.
Jessica now practices solely in the field of family law. She understands the needs of clients going through family law matters regarding children, property and money. Client satisfaction and communication are Jessica’s strengths and she strives to provide clients with upmost representation either by amicably working with opposing counsel or litigating on behalf of her clients.
Jessica is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Family Bar Association and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. In 2014, Jessica was nominated by her peers as a Fort Worth Magazine Top Attorney.
