In re Texas Rangers Baseball Partners: Forshey & Prostok, L.L.P.: Retained as conflicts-counsel to represent the Texas Rangers Baseball organization during bankruptcy and bidding procedures; drafted urgent pleadings regarding asset transfers, and breach of contract and commercial lease claims.

MC Asset Recovery, L.L.C. vs. Commerzbank AG, et al: Forshey & Prostok, L.L.P.: Bankruptcy avoidance action arising from reorganization of Mirant Energy Corporation, the largest commercial reorganization in Texas history. Assigned to Amsterdam and Utrecht, Netherlands to collect and analyze evidence; also conducted discovery and motion practice in this action, which involved a €1.1 billion turbine project in Europe and an avoidance claim of €153 million ($190 million) against an equipment manufacturer and European lender-syndicate, including BNP Paribas, Credit Lyonnais, Danske, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Commerzbank, AG.

Lectures and Presentations
