Leticia “Letty” Martinez Evans was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas where she attended Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992 with a degree in Public Administration. She then worked for the City of San Antonio for several years before deciding to attend Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. A lifelong desire to focus on public service, her law practice is limited primarily to bankruptcy law. Her passion is to help individuals, families and small business owners get their “fresh start” when financial difficulties strike. Letty Evans has handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases over her fourteen years of practicing bankruptcy law and has a direct client-to-attorney approach. “I answer my own phone as often as possible to speak directly with clients. I believe that customer service is an important aspect of any profession and I strive to provide the absolute best to each and every one of my clients.”

Letty and her husband, Steve, and their two children and dog, a Brittany Spaniel named “Lola”, live in Arlington, Texas. She has dedicated her practice to helping consumers defending themselves against aggressive and illegal collection practices from creditors by utilizing federal and state laws to help clients preserve their property, peace of mind, and dignity. “Sometimes bad things happen to good people that results in serious financial problems. The laws of this state and this country are designed to protect individuals and provide a fair and equitable outcome for all parties involved…..You just have to get in there and fight for your rights. I can help you do that.”
