Cary is an associate in Bailey & Galyen’s Personal Injury department, helping clients resolve their legal issues before cases go to litigation. He works on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and dog bites. Cary’s preparation, attention to detail, and tireless advocacy help his clients achieve a desired outcome.
Cary is a sixth-generation Texan and grew up south of Fort Worth in Cleburne. He is a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He enjoys going back to College Station during football season to watch the Fightin’ Texas Aggies. Prior to going to law school, Cary worked for a construction and railroad corporation where, among other tasks, he operated locomotives throughout the metroplex.
During law school, Cary was a board member of the American Constitution Society and the Employment and Labor Law Student Association. He understands that the law can be used as a means to help those who have been wronged. Cary is committed to providing as many pro bono hours in the community as possible.
