KRISTEN MARCHAK

My name is Kristen Marchak. I am from Philadelphia, PA. I have a B.S. in Finance and International Business. I went to law school at Drexel University and became licensed to practice in 2015. I’ve spent the bulk of my career specializing in commercial finance, banking, compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Bailey & Galyen, I was the VP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for a financial institution with a global presence and headquartered on the east coast. I am now transitioning into a litigation practice at Bailey & Galyen and I’m proud to bring my passion, perseverance and creative problem solving to the firm and ultimately to my clients.
