I'm Paul Wieneskie and I handle Civil Appeals for Bailey & Galyen.
I started my career in 1982 as a briefing attorney for the Court of Appeals in Tyler. I quickly fell in love with Appellate Law and have specialized in that area ever since. I've been Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law since 1994.
