Who We’re Looking For
Bailey & Galyen is looking for a caring and highly motivated Bilingual Client Services Call Center Representative to support the Client Services team in our Bedford Office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to discuss their legal needs.
- Qualify leads by gathering information and assessing the potential client’s needs for legal services.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with attorneys for qualified clients.
- Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Clearly explain the firm’s services and practice areas, ensuring potential clients understand their options.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and outcomes in the firm’s CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales call center, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
