About Joshua Woodburn

Josh Woodburn is a family law attorney practicing out of the Fort Worth office of Bailey & Galyen. Josh grew up in Amarillo, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech with a B.A. in political science. Josh attended the University of Tulsa and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2002.

Josh has been recognized by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the practice of family law. As a board-certified family law specialist, Josh has demonstrated substantial experience and proven specialized competence in family law.

Throughout his legal career Josh has represented thousands of family law clients in all manner of family law disputes. Josh has experience in virtually all types of family-law related litigation, including high-net worth divorces, child-custody disputes, termination and adoption, enforcement of possession, and child support disputes. Josh is empathetic to the unique circumstances for each of his clients. Josh strives to carry out the goals of each client with honesty and integrity. Josh prioritizes keeping his clients informed of the law so that each client can meaningfully assist with informed decisions about their case.

Josh’s aim is to assist people resolve their case successfully through comprehensive preparation and understanding, so that families and children are capable of moving forward with contentment after the family law lawsuit is finalized.

When Josh is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and reading.
